05-21-2008 Expansion and Relocation of Practice

Dr. George A. Patterson is pleased to announce the expansion of his practice into the Progressive Medical Center. This is a subset of the Cardiovascular Medical Group of New Jersey with
Dr. Kayode Oladeji and Dr. Puneet Sahgal. All Family Practice Services will continue along
with the offering of cardiac services such as regular Stress Test, Heart Ultrasound Testing
and Holter Monitoring.

Dr. Oladeji is accepting new patients for general medical care and Internal Medicine and has expanded
his hours to include Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and every other Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to
12:30 p.m. beginning April 19th, 2008.

Dr. Patterson is continuing to accept new patients for Family Practice.
